Homelessness is increasing at alarming rates. In Tulsa alone, homelessness jumped 20% last year. Much of the unhoused are children. Imagine not having a safe place for your children and how scary it is for a child without a home. Tina Massey is the Executive Director of Family Promise of Tulsa County. Massey says children are her passion and every child deserves a home. Family Promise of Tulsa County helps families get back on their feet by providing shelter, transportation and food for up to 120 days. This gives parents a chance to get back on their feet and be able to provide for their children again. Massey tells us about the program and how we can help Tulsa’s children.
