in the age of technology (and in light of recent events), it is more important than ever to be aware of what we consume, how we consume it and for how long we consume it. today, i revisit the idea of using all the media we consume (social media, TV, podcasts, books, etc.) as a tool, and what that tangibly looks like in a culture dominated by media.
