Nita has been in education for 21 years. She has been an Instructional Coach for 7 years, facilitates learning experiences for educators, and is a literacy educator. Through Creekmore Conversations, they facilitate learning experiences about the importance of relationships in education. They wrote, "Every Connection Matters: Building, Maintaining, and Restoring Relationships Inside the School and Out" (2024). Nita and Michael have four children.
