How can you truly determine when a project is finished? It's definitely not done if you're at 95%. They discussed how important the final 5% on a project is, how the cloud is changing perspectives, and the logical reason to have a dedicated AV department, instead of "just having the IT guys handle it". "To get to the 95%, that's the easy part. It's that last 5% of buttoning everything up, making sure your client is happy, and making sure you did the job to the best of your ability," Chizmar said.
