Our everyday lives are filled with encounters with leaders everywhere we go. People-centered leaders who can implement their vision while placing their people first. Motivation alone isn't enough - to be effective, leaders must be empathetic and connect with their teams. Just like our parents who are effectively connecting with us or we as parents, who are trying our best to become good leaders for our children–we are what we call everyday leaders.
