Wish I had a book or PDF reference

The book is great. Memorizing the contents would be a huge jumpstart. However Vietnamese is a tonal language. I really need to see the words in print to see correct accent. Listening to it alone would be hard to correctly pronounce each word. Why isn't there just an additional PDF English - Viet by chapter. Nothing fancy. Just a PDF or something would have made this product perfect. I'm searching online and cannot find anything :(

The whole audio book is just reading a word or a sentence in english and then in Vietnamese.
