Residents at Downs House have all joined together and started knitting for the Poppy Appeal in November.

All suffering with dementia, thought they wouldn’t be able to remember how to knit. It was  very clear once they started that they all could.  Between them all there was quite a production line  in progress.

Their aim is to knit as many as they can for their display.
