My learnings: 1) Everyone wants to be cared and supported. 2) Everyday after you wakeup, before getting off your bed, think of those people and things you are grateful for. 3) Personally thank each and every person of them. You can thank your things even - like the mobile & laptop you use. 4) When you show your gratitude, it gives the sense of being cared & supported. It gives you hope & purpose. 5) Sometimes, people fail to support those who have supported them. Forgive and move on - don't be guilty or sad. Just forgive & move on. 6) Complete the gratitude session within 10 minutes - don't get carried away and no day dreaming.
