which leads to us think what everyone else is thinking? but how can we read different books when the bestseller list is conveniently placed at my fingertips by the algorithm? how can i not consume the same media as everyone around me in today's day and age? why would i go out of the way when at the end, i will stumble upon something that someone has already read?
