3 colleagues and friends, all diagnosed within 1 year of each other. 

We will talk about how ADHD affects us in our daily life, we can only talk about our own life experiences.

Our podcast is filled with humour and laughs, (if you can't laugh hey?!).

In true ADHD style, we don't mind oversharing and we don't have a very good filter.
