This week we are joined by a friend of the group and podcast Chris Kovac. Chris is a multi-generational rancher who operates River Watch Beef based out of the Kansas City area. Chris takes some time to break down the process of raising cattle for beef, the differences between grass-fed, grass-finished, and grain-fed beef, and the parts of the animal.
