Juan Welchez, a third generation farmer from Honduras boasts over 70 years of knowledge invested from his own experiences and family lineage. Welchez farm features over 220 acres in Honduras with a cafe, and coffee tour.

Over the pandemic, Juan, with the encouragement of his wife, created the online persona, The Cupping Farmer. Juan has used the instagram persona to bridge together coffee community, coffee education and promoting sustainable practices.
