This week’s episode had to be re-recorded due to an audio error, but I was honestly really glad to talk to Dr. Kathleen Smith again in these wild times.
Dr. Kathleen Smith is a licensed therapist and author of the book Everything Isn’t Terrible: Conquer Your Insecurities, Interrupt Your Anxiety, and Finally Calm Down. If there’s any book worth reading right now, I highly recommend this one. She explores different situations and how to manage your anxiety through them, which makes this a great choice to re-read through different points of your life or to gift to a friend.
Dr. Kathleen also writes a free, weekly therapy newsletter on managing anxiety, called The Anxious Overachiever. I highly recommend subscribing here.
I hope you enjoy this episode and leave with some helpful questions to ask yourself to get curious about your anxiety!
Special thanks to our editor + music composer Dan Ison and our executive producers for this episode LoganArch and Karen Hallion.
