If you don't actively make it a thing you won't do, there will be a reason, a condition, a situation under which you will do that thing. One way is to have things you just "don't" do. "Don't" is way more powerful than "can't". So a good practice is to make a list of things you won't do. This makes decision-making super easy because, well, you just don't do that. The end.
