This poem is basically a homage to the great British cup of tea and of

Course, the scrumptious biscuits which we accompany it with, whether

nibbled, dunked or shoved in whole!

This great institution has helped us over hundreds of years, through world

 wars and through the many trials and tribulations of everyday life.

Thank goodness for tea and biscuits!
