Have you ever told someone the truth and they did not accept it no matter how many times you showed it to them in black and white?  Better yet have you ever showed someone something in scripture and they were still unwilling to accept the truth about what it says, and/or made excuses and justifications for their actions.  Jesus came teaching and preaching the good of the kingdom of God as he himself stated Luke 4:43,“And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.”  And Mar 1:14-15,“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”  He told us his purpose and he gave us ours in Mark 16:15, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Yet still we preach everything from prosperity to purpose and never fully understand what the good news of the kingdom of God is or what Jesus meant because the truth is message of the kingdom of God includes it all.  Even further have you explained the dangers to worldly living only to have your advice or wisdom taken with a grain of salt? Lot in Genesis chapter 14 was captured by a wicked unforgiving government or society.  He became captive because he became captivated by the things of the world.  What’s pleasing to the eyes is not always good for you and every action always warrants a reaction.  Kingdom Living is not an image, it’s a lifestyle.  It’s not a catechism, it’s a culture.
