In this episode Taylor and Eleazar sit down with Joe Connolly to speak about one of God's great gifts, beer. Joe is currently a professor and department chair of Business at John Paul the Great Catholic University. After receiving his MBA, Joe went on to to work for breweries and meaderies in various parts of California. He was also part of a start up for a brewing company in Texas.
