We speak to Martin about Poland, the quality of talent there and how he built up Bank of New York Mellon's delivery center from 85 to over 1500 people.

He currently leads the Wolves summit, one of largest technology conferences in Poland. Prior to this, he was the MD of BNY Mellon and during this time he was also the Vice president of the ABSL, which is the leading organisation representing the business sector in Poland. Martin has over 30 years experience with 14 of these years in Eastern Europe.
