Workflows and Automation are the easiest and best way to publish your content everywhere. As part of my daily content production for my businesses, I dedicate about 90 minutes a day to making content, but these hacks and tricks cut that down to about 20 minutes.

I speak my mind (no script today), edit via Inshot, Upload to YouTube, and between IFTTT.com and Zapier, my content is transcribed via Happy Scribe and uploaded to the show notes folder (shownotes.jlittrell.com) and redistributed to a Facebook Group (Service and Hospitality Entrepreneurs), and my twitter feed.

The manual actions are still...

Canva for YouTube Thumbnail, and manually writing this caption, as well as tagging on YouTube. Also, the whole sequence doesn't start until I put this video in the TLS playlist. Fun stuff!!!

All in (including programming IFTTT and Zapier): about 45 minutes. Next time should take less than half that. Then next, half that again.
