As Mother’s Day is approaching we want to celebrate and honor all mothers.  As we celebrate Mothers we cannot stay in denial of the hidden trauma most mothers have experienced.  If you are anything like me you raised your children with unresolved trauma.  Many Mothers were severely under-mothered themselves and had no idea how to parent their children.  “Unresolved trauma in mothers has intergenerational effects.”
