Are they the same ? Is there a particular section in Evidence Act that talks about legal privilege and litigation privilege ? Does our court recognise litigation privilege ?

PS : I made a mistake while recording the podcast. In the beginning I mentioned “Is legal principle the same as litigation privilege”. Do take note what I mean was “Is legal privilege the same as litigation privilege”
