Hello, I´m Ivanna Erazo. I'm enrolled in the program "Software Analysis and Development" under the guidance of Claudia Lorena Conde. Today, I'll be presenting my thoughts on the trajectory, plans, actions, and solutions within my academic and professional journey, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability in leadership and professional responsibility contexts.Thinking about my time in school and at work, I understand how important it is to be flexible and able to adapt. Nowadays, with everything changing so quickly, it's super important to be able to adjust fast to those changes.In school, I face many different challenges, and each one requires a different approach. Sometimes I have to change how I study or find ways to overcome problems, and I learn that being flexible helps me a lot to succeed.The same goes for my job. I encounter different situations all the time that require quick decisions and adapting to what's going on. If I didn't adapt quickly, I would struggle to keep up with the demands. Using different approaches to think about options and make decisions has helped me stay in line with work objectives.Also, learning on my own has been very important for growth. If I hadn't taken control of my learning and professional development, I wouldn't have gained the confidence to try new things and face challenges.To solve problems, I've found that it's key to have a culture of openness and working together. By talking to others and listening to different ideas, we can find new solutions to difficult problems.I believe that being flexible and adaptable are not just skills, but fundamental ways of thinking that help us succeed in school and at work. Embracing changes and adjusting how we do things helps us overcome tough times and come out stronger.
