Khalil Wheeler-Weaver began killing women in 2016 in New Jersey when he was only 20 years old. He would prey on his women by visiting that site Tagged and then would sexually assault them and strangle them. Once again this story aggravated me, for the police had a hard time believe one woman's story when she escaped. His case even went on during the pandemic.
