The other day i was listening to a podcast on my post round called Harmonys Warcry - episode 68 - Evolution and it totally rocked my world and so so made we think about alot of things.

Ive been walking in a hamster ball, going round and round for well over 5 years, getting more depressed about my job. Stressing out and getting more and more moody. I finally woke up during this episode and admitted to myself, ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE !!!
