This episode I am talking to Anita Kumar MD. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, studied medicine at RCS Dublin and IM trained in Kentucky,  she now lives with her husband, (Gabiel Bietz  MMM Season 1 Episode 10) and  two children in San Antonio, TX.

Recently Amita made a huge change, she quit her day job! Now she is working at a Free Clinic one day a week while exploring aspects of herself she has not had time to explore in the years since entering medical school. Her message to everyone (physician or not) is everyone can become their best self with the correct system, support and accountability.

Her personal challenge is how to make that easier to accomplish within a flawed healthcare system.
