I got out of the Army in 2018 with no idea who I was supposed to be next. I felt lost, and I felt like nobody in the civilian world understood me.
In this episode of The Evolve YOU Podcast, I talk about outgrowing old versions of yourself: old identities, old environments and old habits, without apologizing for it. I share what the transition out of the military was really like, from missing the brotherhood to the stuff that stuck with me that people don’t see. I also talk about what filled the gap for me, why I left the gym I used to train clients at to go all in on online coaching, and what I’m being forced to change right now as I step into the founder and CEO role. And I cover the parts of my old self I keep on purpose: the hunger, the underdog mentality and a level head.
You’re allowed to become someone new. What you’re not allowed to do is go backwards.
Your move this week: write down the old version of you that you’re still holding onto. Then make one decision this week that the new version of you would make.

How many promises did you make to yourself this week? And how many did you actually keep?
In this episode, I share what the Army taught me about standards, starting with something as simple as making your bed, and what happened when I got out and nobody was checking anymore. Discipline isn’t punishing yourself. It’s keeping your word to yourself. Every promise you break teaches you that your word doesn’t count.
I also break down how this shows up in bodybuilding, in business, and in life, and why I always pick uncomfortable over comfortable. Then I give you one move for this week: one small promise, kept for 7 days straight.
Consistency kills. What are you evolving this week?

You're working hard. Your days are full. But you still feel like you're not getting anywhere.
In this episode, I talk about why being busy doesn't mean you're moving forward. Most of us spend our time doing what we're already good at... and avoid the uncomfortable things that would actually move the needle.
I share what changed when I stopped doing everything myself and built a team, the season in bodybuilding where pushing harder cost me my health, and the daily system I use to attack the uncomfortable tasks first, when I have the most energy.
Then I give you a challenge for this week.

Welcome to the first episode of Evolve You.
This podcast is for the person who knows they’re capable of more and is willing to put in the work to get there.
In this episode, I’m taking you back to where my journey started. From getting out of the military and struggling to find my direction, to starting Endless Evolution Fitness with $100 in my pocket and fewer than five clients, to eventually building the businesses and community I have today.
But this episode isn’t just about my story.
It’s about what I’ve learned along the way.
We talk about why hard work without direction can still leave you stuck, why you’re going to outgrow people as your goals get bigger, what bodybuilding and business have taught me about consistency, and why taking ownership of your situation is one of the most important things you can do if you actually want your life to change.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to be perfect.
But you do have to be willing to start, put in the work, learn from your mistakes, and keep evolving.
Because at the end of the day, if you want something different out of your life, it starts with you.
What are you evolving this week?
Endlessly evolving into a better version of you. 🧬
