💡 We can't agree more with Anne-Marie that innovation and creativity don't come from working in silos. You need to be a part of an active and engaged community where everyone is sharing their ideas and growing together.
According to Anne, we still have some work to do when it comes to nurturing good ideas. Everyone is still working in silos and we cannot solve problems in silos.
There can be several benefits of working together:
💚 You share ideas with each other.
💚 You keep on making everyone better in the team.
💚 You network and build strong relationships in the same community.
That's why industry needs to work better with the Universities, Government and entrepreneurs. And that will ultimately direct our energy in the right direction towards solving the top community problems.
Anne goes a step further and highlights the importance of coopetition where the competitors need to collaborate.
