I think that cell phones will be the death of me! Although, I don't leave home without it! It's so sad how many teens and adults are feeling sad?  Why? 🤔 Some people chalk it up to the age and feel as though there is nothing that can be done. I have a solution! 💡 Communication. We all need to be able to communicate to each other and even if your child, family member or friend doesn't want to talk let them know that they are not alone and that you will always be there for an listening ear. That's it!
Just listen!
