Lars talks about the vision of sustainability in building and creating jobs in the process. A vision of the future, where it’s fun to live, work and play in and around Downtown Spokane. But is Spokane out of touch with reality? Our value proposition has changed, we aren't cheap anymore, it’s all about the balance of value and quality. One of the lofty goals is changing the mindset from, “do I need a car?” to “when do I need a car?” reducing transportation costs.
