Lt Steve stops by to talk about his account to what happen with the semi-truck chase that involves a mentally ill truck driver Patrick Berthelot. SWAT used a .50 caliber rifle to shoot out the engine block on the semi, which made the vehicle lose oil and effectively forcing Berthelot to stop.
