We all come up against things that we wanted to do, planned to do, feel like we SHOULD do, and we just don't feel like it. We come up with reasons why we can't. Why it's not a good idea. With other things that are more important than that, in the moment. How do we know when our brain is giving us good information and when it is giving us an excuse?
