Niels is an experienced and successful global hands-on Executive who has for 20 years led international companies, business units, turn-around and turnkey projects. Was Global VP and Head of SAP Business One Sales and Strategy until 2009, where he joined Boyum-IT Solutions as Chairman, where he still chair the BoD so have be close business partner to Vision33 for almost 15 years.  

Niels worked for several global enterprise software companies like OpenText and Stibo Systems but also in technology business like Danaher. Currently using these skills as industrial advisor for several global PE firms through my own VC and PE Management consultancy firm (Lanell.com). He is an advocate and practices a modern leadership style focusing on representing and leading the collective wisdom and experience of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders securing collaborative and accelerated transitions with results.
