Alana ran a video business for 10 more years before selling it in 2006. She knew her core values but felt lost as to where to apply them in the world, and how to turn them into a business.

On a flight to Marrakesh for an Executive Order event, Alana realized that she would love to lead forum training.

For 12 years, through EO, and her own retreat company, she has worked with thousands of people around the world doing what she loves. In 2009, Alana founded MI6 Academy and Stiletto Spy School.
