The phrase "executive presence" probably conjures up images of someone standing at the front of a table or at a large wooden desk wearing a dark grey suit.  You might even think that this person is decisive, or an innovator. These traits are often assigned to someone with "executive presence", but did you know that a study of executives' characteristics by Gallup Strengths Finder showed that there is not a magical combination of traits that make up an executive?
