We all know that exercise can shape our body’s, build strength and endurance, but there is so much more to the act of exercise. In this episode we talk about how we can use any form of exercise to heal, not only past pain but emotions and mental blocks also. Specifically, we are going to look at the fire we ignite when we exercise and how to harness this power. This is a concept I was introduced to in one of my yoga classes and something about this concept just clicked. Ever since hearing about this concept my workouts have not been anywhere near as difficult to begin or as draining in the end. While that in itself is a great achievement the benefits are far greater. Find out how you can clear any blocks or pain with exercise and your own beautiful inner fire.
