This week we are joined by my friend and personal trainer Lauren, who after a struggle with her own mental health decided to tackle it head on and stop doing things she hated and started pursuing her passions.

She’s funny, kind and SO knowledgeable it was a pleasure to have her.

We discuss keeping consistent, our ups and downs and how to cope with gyms closures. Lauren specialises in how exercise makes you FEEL rather than a specific look or size. The conversation is refreshing and still sprinkled with the Mint Choc Chip magic.
