Exercise questioned for arthritis as cancer breakthrough emerges

A new study examining 13,000 clinical trials has found exercise therapy for osteoarthritis offers little benefit compared to placebos or no treatment, challenging current treatment guidelines. Research has revealed most ovarian cancer cases begin in the fallopian tubes, and a simple add-on procedure during abdominal surgeries can reduce risk by nearly 80 per cent. The preventative operation is already used in Canada and is now being recommended by some Australian specialists for women who have completed their families.
