Many people know the physical benefits to exercise but they often tend to forget the mental benefits as well. When we hear exercise we instantly think about physical but we aren't thinking of the mental and lyrical exercise that provides tremendous benefits to the human mind and body as well. We also talk about how exercise can flow into self love and why self love is important especially when we live in a world where everyone is in a comparison with something or someone. One of the keys to this life is to not care about what others are thinking and to simply do you, work on you, and as always if nothing changes then nothing changes.
