One area and aspect I know a lot of people take for granted, the importance of the routine of exercises. Exercises are bodily activities that enhance or maintain physical fitness & overall health as well as wellbeing. Think about the aiding of growth, improvement of strength, prevention of ageing, improvement of health, enjoyment & much more, then exercises are necessary. And really, exercises are not even rocket science. The typical activities we even engage in on a daily constitute some form of exercises.
