Dr. Jordan Lauer and Dr. Ryan Jackson bring the fight to the issue of exhaustion in education and professionalism so educators are no longer victims to the issue, paving the way for us all to become mavericks in our field.

In our three segments we unpack the state of modern education (exhausting); discussing the demands of the job, politics, grooming (yikes!), and the modern classroom. The current student and the experience teaching them: behavior issues, classroom management, cellphones, the teenage brain (yikes again!) and the unseen items students may be carrying causing many of their most perplexing behaviors. And finally, we discuss what educators may be doing to themselves to raise their level of exhaustion.
