Chad Johnson: Chad Johnson is a Managing Partner in Cherry Tree & Associates’ investment banking practice, where he has worked since 2007. At Cherry Tree, Chad advises business owners and executives in buy- and sell-side M&A negotiations, specializing in software businesses, software-as-a-service companies, and education technology.
Dean Willer: Dean Willer is a shareholder and chair of Winthrop & Weinstine’s Corporate group, where he represents closely held businesses and middle market private equity funds and portfolio who are acquiring, selling, recapitalizing or reorganizing their businesses. 
Ben Hangge: Ben Hangge is a Vice President / Commercial Banker at Highland Bank, where he provides financing for lower middle-market businesses. Ben specializes in ownership change transactions. He works with individual buyers, strategic buyers, private equity firms and buyout situations.
