I have a cheese and butter sammich every night before I go to bed... Grumble's solution of cheese sammich w/ cheese as the bread is a solid answer. Maybe swiss for the "bread" and a nice Manchego or sharp cheddar for the filling? I'll be honest. I'll just have to starve.

Finally able to play Roadcraft after they released a patch to fix the AMD 9000 series crashing issue, and really enjoying it. Hoping to talk a few buddies into getting it, because it seems like it's really designed for co-op. Been enthralled w/ Enshrouded the last few months after DRP ECO, and can't wait to hear your guys' thoughts on the new update.

And Windrose... I got in on the hype and bought it, layed a couple hours or so and thought "Yep, I'm going to get stuck in this one." and shelved it for the fall when I have more time to fully immerse in a game.

The question I posed about "would you rather" about sight vs. hearing comes from many things. I first heard this song in the late 1970's, (John Dawson Read - A friend of mine is going blind) and it was probably the first time that I had seriously considered the point. I always thought my answer my answer would be sight. Then I saw the movie Immortal Beloved, when Beethoven is portrayed trying to "hear" his Moonlight Sonata. That was when I knew that if I had to, I could live without sight - but never without sound [despite the fact that I am daily fairly isolated]. But that is just me, ymmv, of course.

Hello, and thanks for the welcome o/ thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode!

Fascinating to hear about leaning into the characters! I have some experience from sign language interpreting - because that’s like acting the different roles, but its visual (and I copy what people say), so it’s quite the opposite to rp on a server with only voice. I also have a couple of years experience with DnD, but come to think of it, there my DM gives me the scenes on a silver platter. When I roleplayed in ECO last season, it didn’t occur to me to actually look around in the game where the scenes are. So that’s a huge tip for me - thank you! It’s so simple and easy to miss. I think that will level up my RP significantly!

Two of my favorite scenes except from the one Grumbles mentioned, are when Ivan threw Dingus under the bus for wanting him to be his champion, and when Daisy learned that she liked Vodka and Richard was like «oh no!!»

You guys are really inspiring in your RP and I think you’re doing an awesome job 🥳

My thoughts on Turbo: I’m sceptical. I’d rather either support my streamer with a sub, or let the ads go to support them that way.

Something to smile about: hearing how happy you guys were of realizing how far your great content reach. Even to the next generations! That makes me smile!

I hve been following the Eco season through Tiger's lens, and I gotta say.. a ride. Also been watching Grumbles do Hytale and been following up that with some youtube vids, all in all the game had quite the history. It is really intriguing looking, though and I have a feeling, I will... cave in.

In regards to Turbo: So far, I have completely neglected this as a viewer, but I will actually think about getting it, so that all channels I am lurking on can have some benefits. Also MORE COLORS for my chat name!

Re: Vintage Story: There are many ways to customize the difficulty. Aside from switching enemies to passive, there is also the length of months, the climate you start in, temporal storms and rifts, the strength of the enemies, your own hit point pool.. So you will be able to play it vanilla, but make it a good learning experience for your first time!

Games for the Dinnerparty: Hytale (has kinda happened by now), Aloft, Abiotic Factor, Stardew Valley, Terraria, Starbound...

On Vintage Story: I sat on this game for a looong time. 
It always seemed like a game that was sort of like "hmmm, pretty close to what I want, but there are monsters." 
But watching Grumbles and Stats play pushed me to open it up. 

I don't think it was their intention, but between their playlists they have made a very "Just Mick's Speed" tutorial. 
Watching Grumbles build, and Stats explain the mechanics has been far more helpful than some 5minute "here's all you need to know" video. 

Keep up the good work guys, and I'll see you in DRP.  🤞🏼
