What are the ten commandments? What are they really? Is it prohibitions on one's freedom or a response of love to the One who loved us first? Since Christ, are people still bound by the ten commandments? We look to St. Augustine for some guidance as well as St. Paul and the Acts of the Apostles in the New Testament.
