God appoints Bezalel, filling him with the Spirit and skills, along with Oholiab and others, to craft the Tabernacle and its sacred items, like the ark and lampstand. He then emphasizes the Sabbath as a perpetual covenant sign, commanding its observance under penalty of death, highlighting its role as a reminder of creation and sanctification. The chapter concludes with God giving Moses the two stone tablets of the Ten Commandments, written by His finger, symbolizing His direct authority over the law.
