The Veil-The Way Into The Most Holy Place

The tabernacle (the outer court, the holy place and the most holy place) is a picture of man-body, soul and spirit.

When we hear or read God's Word, it enters our soul (mind and emotions) first. It instructs our mind and stirs our emotions. But if it stops there, and does not make us yield our will in obedience to God, the the Word cannot enter through the veil into our spirit-and we will not grow spiritually. The veil is our human will which must submit to God's will.
