It's several years after the events of the first movie and Regan McNeil is now a teenager living in her Mother's New York penthouse with her nanny/babysitter/best friend Sharon. who may or may not have dark secrets, while in NY she goes to a children's clinic to help her deal with the trauma from the first movie.

The Vatican sends a pupil of Father Merrin to investigate his death and Regan as they think Merrin may have been a Devil worshiper.

Should be simple right? Wrong this goes off the rails, dealing with faith healers, demonic locust , Regan's demons and James Earl Jones in a man-sized locus suit.

Yeah folks this is weird one so fasten your butts and hold onto your seat beats.
