Join Luke Kayyem in this freestyle as he discusses how hydration impacts mindset and health. When you hydrate, you are giving yourself a tool for:

·  Cell Restoration

·  Physical and Mental Functionality

·  Flushing Toxins

·  Reducing Fatigue

·  Improving Endurance

Tips for promoting high-performance through hydration:

·  Drink half of your bodyweight in ounces of water

·  Travel and carry a water bottle or Hydro Flask filled with ice

·  Stop drinking water and liquids 30 minutes prior to feeding and up to 60 minutes after

·  Add lemon to filter and alkalized purified or tap water
