  • Lianne McCafferty on Astrology, World Events and the Shape of What’s Coming

In this episode, I’m joined by astrologer and tutor Lianne McCafferty to explore why astrology deserves far more serious attention than it often gets. We discuss what astrology actually is beyond newspaper star signs, how a natal chart can act as a map of the psyche, and why psychological astrology can offer genuine insight into strengths, challenges, development and the shadow self. Lianne also explains the basics clearly, from planets and signs to houses and aspects, while reflecting on why astrology continues to provoke such strong reactions from sceptics despite its long intellectual history and enduring usefulness.

We then widen the lens to mundane, or world, astrology: how nations are given charts, how major planetary cycles are thought to reflect historical turning points, and what current alignments may suggest about political upheaval, technological acceleration and global recalibration. Along the way we touch on figures including Carl Jung, Isaac Newton, Richard Tarnas and Donald Trump, as well as AI, CERN and the broader question of whether astrology’s mechanisms matter less than its observable patterns. It’s a wide-ranging conversation about symbolism, history, collective change and the strange possibility that the cosmos may be speaking more directly to human life than modern culture likes to admit.

  • Ghosts, Time Slips and the Unseen: Barry Pirro on the Paranormal

In this episode, I’m joined by paranormal investigator Barry Pirro for a rich and wide-ranging conversation about ghosts, hauntings, EVP recordings, demonic cases and the bigger questions they raise about time, space and human consciousness. Barry shares how growing up in a haunted house first drew him into this work, including the eerie experience of a piano apparently playing by itself, and we compare notes on why so many paranormal events may be misunderstood rather than automatically feared. We also explore the different kinds of hauntings people report, from residual phenomena and time slips to spirits that seem attached not just to places, but sometimes to people and even objects.

Barry also explains how he approaches investigations and house clearings, how his faith informs that work, and why he believes curiosity and calm are often more useful than panic. We discuss the difference between ordinary hauntings and darker, more oppressive cases, along with his strong warnings about Ouija boards, thoughts on tarot, Halloween, poltergeist activity and the role of religion in confronting the unexplained. It’s a fascinating exchange about the paranormal as a lived reality rather than mere entertainment, and about what these strange experiences may be telling us about the nature of reality itself.

  • Matt Campbell’s 9/11 Fight for Truth and Justice

In this episode, I’m joined by Matt Campbell, who has spent years pursuing answers about the death of his brother Geoff, who was killed in the North Tower on 11 September 2001. We discuss how Matt’s early questions about the official account developed into a determined legal campaign, why Building 7 became a turning point in his thinking, and what he believes was missing from both the official investigations and Geoff’s inquest. Matt also explains the deeply personal reality behind this fight, including the handling of victims’ remains, the emotional toll on his family, and why he believes the question of how the towers came down cannot simply be brushed aside.

We also explore the extraordinary legal battle now before the UK Supreme Court. Matt sets out why he and his family are challenging the Attorney General’s power to refuse a fresh inquest without meaningful scrutiny, and why the implications go far beyond 9/11. Our conversation ranges from eyewitness testimony and firefighter support to fundraising, public advocacy, and the role played by Roger Waters in helping bring wider attention to the case. Whatever listeners make of the wider 9/11 debate, this is ultimately a story about one family’s insistence on truth, accountability and proper legal process.

  • Greg Moffitt on Archaeoacoustics, Ancient Sites and the Power of Sound

In this episode, I’m joined by broadcaster and Legalise Freedom host Greg Moffitt for a wide-ranging conversation about sound, consciousness and the forgotten acoustic dimension of the world around us. We begin with Greg’s unusual path from playing keyboards in Cradle of Filth to working at York Minster, before exploring how sound has shaped his life and why he believes modern noise pollution, headphones, screens and constant stimulation are changing the way we think, feel and relate to one another. We also reflect on silence, the strange psychological impact of the pandemic’s quieter soundscape, and why simply stopping to listen — whether in the countryside or the middle of a city — can reveal an entirely different world.

From there, we travel deep into archaeoacoustics: the study of sound in the ancient past. Greg shares thoughts on Stonehenge, megalithic sites, cathedrals, pyramids, cymatics, acoustic levitation and the possibility that our ancestors understood sound in ways we have largely forgotten. Along the way, we discuss writers and researchers who have influenced his thinking, from Paul Devereux and Olaf Stapledon to Andrew Collins, Graham Hancock and Robert Schoch. It’s a fascinating conversation about how sound may shape matter, mood, memory and even civilisation itself — and why, in our deafening modern world, this subject deserves far more attention.

  • The Oliver’s Castle Video: Crop Circle Proof or Perfect Hoax?

In this episode, I revisit the crop circle mystery from a very specific and contentious angle: the famous 1996 Oliver’s Castle video, which appears to show a formation materialising beneath strange balls of light. Joining me are returning guest Jason Porthouse, an award-winning video editor with long experience in the crop circle world, and researcher Gary King, whose decades in the field have given him a deeply informed and balanced perspective. Together, we explore why this short stretch of footage still matters, what eyewitness testimony can and cannot tell us, and why the question of how formations appear remains so elusive despite years of observation, debate and attempted surveillance. We also dig into the technical side: what video editing was actually capable of in the mid-1990s, the practical time constraints that would have been involved in faking such footage, and the many assumptions that have built up around the case over the past three decades. Along the way, we reflect on the wider problem of evidence in a world increasingly shaped by digital manipulation, and ask whether a genuinely extraordinary video could ever be proven today. Whatever conclusion listeners draw, this conversation shows why crop circles continue to resist simple explanations and why mystery, for all its frustrations, still has a vital place in the story.

  • AI Is Here to Stay: Francis Beasley on the Future We Can’t Ignore

In this episode, I sat down with software engineer Francis Beasley to look AI straight in the eye and ask what it is already changing in the real world. We explored how AI has transformed his day-to-day work in app development, why experienced developers are now managing AI agents rather than writing code line by line, and what that means for jobs, skills and the future of work. Francis explained why so many businesses are adopting AI for both efficiency and cost-cutting, and we discussed the very real danger of people becoming dependent on systems they no longer fully understand.

We also ranged far wider, from AI-generated music, art and writing to Spotify, copyright, scanned books, quantum computing, cyber-security, robotics, surveillance, job interviews and the looming question of AI singularity. Alongside the darker possibilities - rogue systems, lost privacy and an escalating technological arms race - we also looked at the hopeful side, including medical breakthroughs, new antibiotics, assistive technologies and Neuralink. A thought-provoking conversation on where all this may be heading, and why understanding AI now is no longer optional.

  • Stand in host Kizzi talks with the Wizard of Wivenhoe on Human Potential

I was sitting in for Andy Thomas while he wrapped up this year’s Glastonbury Symposium, and what a conversation it turned out to be. My guest was Dr Amir Jahangiri, also known as the Wizard of Wivenhoe, who joined me to talk about the meeting point between science, spirituality and personal sovereignty. We explored his background in engineering, brain-computer interfaces and AI, alongside his energetic healing work, and discussed ideas around human potential, the siddhis, reconnecting with nature, and why so many of us feel disconnected from our own inner power.

We also went deep into Amir’s view of the wider human story: why suffering exists, how adversity can build resilience, what he believes is happening in this current period of global chaos, and why he sees this time as both dark and transformational. We touched on religion, consciousness, spiritual development, and the simple but powerful practices he recommends for grounding, healing and reclaiming clarity. Amir also shared a little about the work he offers through Wizard of Wivenhoe, including energetic healing, runes and other spiritual techniques designed to help people stand more firmly in their own energy.

  • Why UFOs Still Matter with Dave Hodrien

In this episode, I’m joined by UFO researcher Dave Hodrien to explore why UFOs — or UAPs, as they are now increasingly called — still matter so deeply. We discuss the stigma that has long surrounded the subject, why official language has changed, and why so many serious witnesses remain reluctant to speak openly. Dave reflects on his work with the Birmingham UFO Group, including sightings reported around Cannock Chase, and explains why he believes the phenomenon is global rather than confined to a handful of supposed hotspots.

From there, we move into the bigger questions: disclosure, military secrecy, missing time, witness credibility, contact cases, and the unsettling possibility that some aspects of the phenomenon may be far stranger — and darker — than the public is ready to accept. Dave shares how he assesses testimony, why repeated patterns across independent cases are so compelling, and what he’ll be addressing in his Glastonbury Symposium talk on missing time. It’s a wide-ranging conversation about evidence, belief, ridicule, and the growing sense that the UFO subject can no longer be dismissed with an easy laugh.

  • Jason Porthouse on Media, Mystery and the Need for Real Community

In this episode, I’m joined by Jason Porthouse for a wide-ranging conversation about the strange journey from crop circle research into today’s fractured media landscape. We reflect on our early experiences in the crop circle world, the sense of mystery that surrounded those years, and how living with uncertainty may be one of the most important skills we can cultivate now. Jason draws on his long career as a documentary editor in mainstream television to explore how media has changed, from thoughtful, nuanced broadcasting to increasingly manipulative, attention-driven formats shaped by ratings, advertising and now AI.

We also talk about the decline of traditional broadcasters, the rise of YouTube and independent media, and why genuine human connection matters more than ever in an age of algorithmic overload. The conversation turns to community, mental resilience and the value of real-world gatherings such as the Glastonbury Symposium, where open-minded people can come together, exchange ideas and leave feeling restored. It’s a thoughtful discussion about curiosity, discernment, technology, and why local community may be one of the best antidotes to an unstable world.

  • Mycelium, Medicine and Plant Consciousness with Juliette Bryant

In this conversation I sit down with nutritionist, author and earth wisdom mentor Juliette Bryant to explore why food matters far beyond calories and convenience. We trace her journey from childhood herb gardens and her mother’s illness to a lifelong vocation in plant medicine and mushrooms, discussing how nutrition, intention and local, regenerative growing can transform wellbeing. We also unpack the science and folklore of fungi—from mycelial networks and fascia analogies to non‑psychoactive “magical” mushrooms such as lion’s mane, reishi and chaga—alongside current research into psilocybin microdosing and mental health. We consider plant consciousness, respectful traditions from Peru to the Celtic world, and practical ways to reconnect without “taking” anything—through meditation, song and relationship with the land. Juliette shares her latest work, including Seven Magical Mushrooms and her School of Earth Wisdom, and we reflect on food sovereignty, the Codex Alimentarius, and England’s old Herbalists’ Charter. If you’re curious about how to eat, grow and relate to nature with more reverence—and why it might lift our spirits as much as our health—this one’s for you.
