Robert is the COO of Redmond Leadership. At Redmond Leadership they fix broken businesses and help good businesses become great.

Robert had a rewarding career in recruiting, then was recruited by his Dad to grow their consulting practice. After taking a huge pay cut and a huge risk, joined Redmond Growth which was a great decision. After a season of rising quickly, Robert hit rock bottom. Thank God He didn’t stay there! Robert is living out a tremendous comeback and his story is inspiring to all!

On top of managing his own 20 clients, Robert runs the sales, human resources, and operations as well as leadership with our their branding and marketing. Words such as "consulting" and "coaching" typically have a negative connotation and Robert is trying to change that one client at a time.
