Welcome to Episode 11!

It's been a deep experience for me the last few months.  I've let go of a lot of the "hustle" and "should be's" in my life and business while I shift into a new way of Being.  One gift from this time was watching the expansions and contractions in my life from a place of humility, curiosity and compassion.

Instead of being taken on a ride with them - I studied them.  And I understood in a deeper way WHY we expand and contract and how we can bring our awareness to the experiences so that we can have more flow, embodiment and integration in our lives.
